1. Acceptance

By creating a LeadForgeAI account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Use of the Platform

LeadForgeAI provides AI-scored lead profiles to licensed insurance agents, mortgage brokers, and related professionals. You may only use lead data for lawful outreach in connection with your licensed business activities.

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute purchased lead data.
You may not use automated scrapers or bots against the platform.
You are responsible for compliance with applicable contact regulations (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state laws).

3. Lead Purchases

All lead purchases are final. Leads are sold as-is based on prospect-provided information. LeadForgeAI does not guarantee conversion rates, contact rates, or accuracy beyond reasonable effort.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. Notify us immediately at support@leadforgeai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the platform to harass prospects, submit false leads, or attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring algorithms.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadForgeAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
